I recommend whitelisting Ibercivis for earning Gridcoin (GRC). I started a poll on the GRC wallet.

I think it's a good idea but maybe a little soon for them, today I am having problems returning units again. This Project may need to grow some more before they are ready for the influx of users. BTW I DID vote yes.

I think it is about the right time, gridcoin should be more aggressive to add new projects.

However it would be good, if James C. Owens or other gridcoin developer contact the Ibercivis-team to ask if they interested in whitelisting their project.

As well we / gridcoin developer should create a gridcoin team. I have not done it on my own, as I am note familiar, if I might transfer it afterwards.

And yes, I voted in favor!

Just to let others know, this poll is not valid. The poll is too short (2 weeks when it should at least be 3), doesn't have a Reddit or Github discussion link, has no publicly approved date by the project admin when the project would start and other issues For those interested in what the requirements are for creating a valid whitelist poll, a complete list can be found here on section 7 (whitelist).

To clarify, this project could be whitelisted in the future if a valid poll was made. However, this poll is not valid so the result of the poll will not mean anything.

Homepage of gridcoin.us says two (02) weeks: https://gridcoin.ddns.net/pages/project-list-process.php
"Whitelisting a new BOINC project
A project is eligible to be whitelisted only if it meets ALL of the following criteria:

Projects Work Availability Score (WAS) is Green
Number of Zero Credit Days (ZCD) ≤ 7 in 20
The purpose of the projects work is as described
Allows new user sign-ups
All users have an equal chance of receiving work units within any one application / platform with the following exceptions:
A project may restrict work to computers generating faulty results
A project may restrict / ban users or computers for breach of either BOINC or the projects terms of service
If all of these criteria are met, the following process must be followed.

Discussion thread opened on https://cryptocurrencytalk.com
Poll is opened within the Gridcoin client in the form:
[Whitelist] Should the project "Project Name" be Whitelisted?
Answer Options: Yes, No, Abstain
Link to Discussion Thread provided
2 Week duration
Magnitude & Balance
No other opinion must be given in the wallet poll to ensure neutrality.

Poll is successful if "Yes" gains greater than 50% of vote share and vote participation is above a weight of 7.5%

Agree go-live date on the TeamGridcoin Slack # boinc_projects channel with the admins with whitelist admin privileges.
Inform the project of Gridcoins intention to whitelist the project on the agreed date and ask if there is any objection to this.
Done via post on forum and PM to admin.
Project will not be whitelisted if project administrator raises any objection.
Project is added to whitelist on the agreed date."

The project is not on the whitelist list: https://gridcoin.ddns.net/pages/project-list.php, so how to check if it is electable.

I asked James C. Owens with a PM, if he might contact the project admins of this project to ask if they would like to be whitelisted. I also asked, if he might form the gridcoin-team on this project.

I also published a note on SteamIt, but no action has been taken yet.

That site is not a part of the gridcoin.us website (note how that website is gridcoin.ddns.net and not gridcoin.us for the domain). It is run by G-UK who is a community member. The requirements on that website were last updated in 2018 before the requirements I link to were voted on and aproved (2019) so that is out of date. Further going by those out of date requirements this poll is still not valid: doesn't have an abstain option, no post on cryptocurrencytalk, etc.

If you were asking about checking WAS and ZCD for future polls, here is how you do it:
1. find a website that shows the last 40 days of the project stats such as BOINCStats
2. ZCD - check that in the last 20 days that no more than 7 days have 0 credit per day
- for instance currently it is seven so it just barely meets it
3 WAS - check that the seven day median new credit / the 40 day median credit is greater than 0.1
- currently the 7 day median is 2914661.875 and the 40 day median is 2098057.75 so the ratio between them is ~1.3 meaning that it meets WAS requirements
